It started so well. We had an initial consultation, agreed a price and a start date for a weekly clean. All looked promising. I had a text saying they couldn't start on the start date due to car issues and would start later in the week, or early the week after. I never heard anything back after that so had to readvertise the job. I messaged Carat to say I'd re-advertised, and I received a message saying they'd forgot. Not very professional.
