I arranged for an end of tenancy window clean with Malden and they were amazing. Very fair price and polite staff that attended the property quickly. As part of the end of tenancy checks my landlord went looking for issues and kicked up a fuss about some windowsills. The team at Malden scheduled to come and re-do them within a week and really saved me a headache dealing with the landlord. They even came on a Saturday out of normal operating hours. 10/10 trustworthy, reliable local business. Huge thanks to the team! *Update 11 Apr* Don't recall I said I am happy with it but instead i said "I see. So interesting these limescale appears in just a few days. Thanks for coming back". Thought a smile is a sign of politeness probably i should change this habit. Anyway, as mentioned in my original review, areas accessible by a water-fed pole are generally ok, the tricky parts, it depends. ---------------------------------------------- TLDR: Not sure if I am happy with the results. Like all the others mentioned, the team is definitely friendly. However I am not sure if I am happy with the actual results. I live in a flat and have some tricky windows which are not really reachable from the inside. I have arachnophobia and flagged during the first quotation visit that my main concern is the area between the (glass) Juliet balcony and the window but on the day of actual cleaning I didn’t think the team brought the right tools over for the traditional cleaning. They cleaned parts that were reachable with the water-fed pole, but the areas requiring traditional cleaning were not adequately addressed. I ended up offering to use my flash mop to clean the area beyond arm length, ended up having the Juliet balcony is half clean. After their visit I managed to clean the window BY MYSELF with my flash mop, LOL. A few days later, I noticed that one of the three windows facing the same side did not seem to have been cleaned. There were limescale or water marks on this particular window, which were absent on the others that were cleaned. I emailed to inquire about this and the Malden team responded, apologising for missing a window. They sent their team again today, who claimed they did not miss the window but attributed the marks to limescale, suggesting that someone may have poured water on the external side (bearing in mind I live on the second floor facing a main road, which is not easily accessible with a full bucket of water I am afraid). They cleaned (half of) the window again with traditional methods, now a quarter of the window is clean, and the upper part remains covered in limescale as it has to be cleaned from the outside. I am unsure if they missed the window or if the issue is indeed limescale, but either way, I don’t think I am satisfied with the results, especially considering I hired a window cleaner to address areas that I cannot reach from the inside. Would I recommend? It depends. If you have straightforward windows, that should be fine; but if you have tricky windows like mine, you might want to try elsewhere.

Switched to use Malden 5 years ago. They are extremely responsive, always punctual, good value and professional. I would recommend. They can also clean the inside windows too so I will add this too going forward. Keep up the consistent great work.
Had my parents bungalow windows cleaned, the young man that came did a great job, took his time and was pleasant to talk to.
I met Kev from Malden window cleaning when he came to clean the windows on my previous house prior to selling, I then had the pleasure to work with him and his sister Vicky, so how could I not have them back to clean the windows on my new home! - as expected the results are outstanding, although with 2 dogs I think they will be back regularly to help with the nose and paw prints on the sliding doors. With Spring in the air sparkling windows make a massive difference. Thanks Kev and Vicky for a beautiful job well done.
