    Not been in for a while and generally it's fine and clean with good portions however as with last time the food took ages to arrive i.e. well over half an hour for simple cafe fried/grilled type food nothing exotic. For that reason it's only 3 stars I'm afraid.

    Needed a place right off the A14 for our trip. This was convenient and the food was excellent. Really good bacon, eggs sausage toast and hashbrown. Big fresh orange juice and lovely nice server. Very yummy! Highly recommend.

    We used The Diner for our breakfasts during a weekend away and they were a great start to our days. The female waitress was so helpful (especially as we always have a concern when eating out for breakfast as my son has an egg allergy). The cafe was very clean and all tables and chairs were wiped down in line with COVID guidelines.

    Always a good meal here. Down to earth and very friendly. Staff is very helpful. Place always clean. Good quality food. Not the cardboard stuff in most greasy spoons. Take away food is also on offer. Breakfast in a box. Rolls hot and cold.
