   Today I come in the pharmacy with my 2 kids. I have made it clear to the lady that my child is autistic (he was wearing a disability badge). I was under stress as the kids were already impatient as this pharmacy is far from home and he doesn’t like travelling. The lady told me I have to wait 20 minutes for my prescription as someone is on their lunch. I made it clear that I need this prescription today and that I can’t wait as my child doesn’t understand that we have to wait therefore gets rowdy. Another lady has then come over to me after I complained and threw the prescription back at me and told me I can go else where. When I have made it clear this is the closest pharmacy to my house and simply most accessible. That lady has told me not to come back which is point blank rude after I explained that my autistic child cannot wait so long for someone finish their dinner. I do not recommend!!!

   I went into this pharmacy for my flu vaccination after Lloyd's pharmacy Fountain Street cancelled on.me apparently "the locum pharmacist couldnt administer flu vaccines ' Well the pharmacy on Queens Drive was a pleasure to visit. What a pleasant man dealt with the vaccination. Shan't bother with Lloyd's of Fountain Street again. Would rather travel a bit further and get an excellent service

Daily customer and all staff are great and better than my old chemist (not my old chemists fault they have had major staffing issues and often have no pharmacist (the staff were good).
