   Never had a problem. They didn’t call me once even though my prescription was in, but 2.1 review is a bit harsh. 99% of staff are friendly and I recommend this pharmacy.

   The rudest staff. They just ignore you. None of them are professional. One wearing a fluffy pink coat (Great look for working in a pharmacy) was so rude. How do these poeple get jobs here. It's so easy to be nice to people someome shouldn't have to call you six times before to get a response. I even had to tell them that there was another customer to which I got " Yeah I'm doing your medicine" . They were Just completley blanking the front desk. There has to be a point where Llyods does something. And maybe some staff training is needed.

   Arrived the pharmacy today 24/03/2022 3:45pm,to re order my prescription(but had misplaced my repeat prescription)I was told very frostily,to write my details down,as they could not use the computer.when I informed the lady that I had great difficulty in writing (three times)i was told I had to do it.I didn’t expect this sort of service from a supposed health care professional,i don’t have dyslexia but I do struggle,I can only imagine the humiliation that someone who was illiterate or had serious dyslexia would feel.

   Excellent pharmacy. If I have to wait I can just look around the store. Sometimes they have been short staffed, but hey, life happens, there is no need to be rude to the staff . The staff have never been anything but helpful to me and my husband, going above and beyond sometimes to phone and check on the medication he has been prescribed. Sometimes their advice is much clearer than the rushed consultation with the doctor. Just remember they probably know as much if not more than your doctor about the drug and it's uses and side effects, they are after all specialists in pharmacology. I am so glad we have this in store, my previous pharmacy took ages every time and there was no where to wait safely.

   Got told 20 minute wait for prescription (fair enough). This turned into a 40 minute wait with plenty of other customers being seen to who came and went after I dropped of my prescription. Also argued with what I was told by the doctor.
