   Tried to renew my prepay for my prescription here useless staff say I couldn’t you have to do it online went to boots and did it straight away no problem. Would give no stars if possible and your other reviews are shocking you should be ashamed of yourselves

   Absolutely dreadful and annoyingly where my doctors insist on sending prescriptions to. Not open Saturdays, so as someone who works Monday to Friday I always need someone else to pick up prescriptions for me. Customer service doesn't exist in their weird little realm. Waited 3 weeks for my last prescription and was told it was my fault for not ordering soon enough! When I spoke to the doctors I had a month supply and they said it should be plenty of time and they'd expect it to be filled the next week. Avoid if you can....

   Pick another pharmacy.. When the nurse at the surgery tells you how bad the service is here believe them. Month after month I am chancing my husband’s medication, with no apology from the staff just lame excuses, even accusing me of not ordering when that’s the service they were supposed to be giving. This month they forgot to order and then never bothered to ask what was required next month. When challenged the assistant thought it was good practice to shout at me, talk about poor customer service…. Well pharmacy need to revisit there customer service policy. !!

   I visited this pharmacy just after Christmas to ask for advice on mouth ulcers which I'd had for around 6 weeks. Unhelpfully, the lady at the till told me I should book an appointment with my GP and there was nothing they could suggest - I also felt she was a little rude. I went to the Lloyds Pharmacy on Fountain street, provided the same information, and they recommended Corsodyl mouthwash. Within 2 days I was feeling great, no problems since.
