We are passing through congelton on our narrow boat. We have picked our tables etc from this chemist, and I have had a B12 injection there ( easiest one yet,never felt a thing, lovely lady ). I would highly recommend the place.
They gave me the wrong medication. When I called, they told me that my prescribed medication had been withdrawn from the NHS — so they just sent something “similar,” which was completely different! Absolute incompetence. After contacting another pharmacy, I found there was no issue at all with obtaining my original medication.
Amazing staff. I had a cut which would heal, another pharmacy told me to salt water bathe it. I did however a week later it still wouldnt heal. Pharmacist prescribed antibiotics, 24hrs later its on the mend
The staff in this pharmacy are so helpful. I have had reason to consult with them as GP appointments are practically impossible to get. I have been treated with respect, dignity and kindness at all times. What a fabulous asset to the community.
Great pharmacy, joined a few months ago and never any mither. Call to order my prescription, wait a few days and go to collect. No problems and nice friendly staff :) Thank you!
I would like to thank Bella and her team, Bella saw me the day I picked up my prescription from the doctors and was concerned about me, she took my blood pressure. Since then she has seen my mother, and stated that I looked really ill the other day and if not right once my antibiotics had finished I was to call the doctors asap, I even had a follow up call from one of her staff asking how I was getting on with my new inhaler. All I can say is 100% service

I can only share my experience as an employee. I have worked at a vast variety of pharmacies, however this one has a special place in my heart. The patients are down to earth and beyond friendly. I adored working with Steve. This cute little pharmacy has so much potential and staff (Bella in particular), will work tirelessly to provide a good service to beloved customers. Incredible service. Best in Congleton without a doubt. Ordered repeat prescription from the GP on Monday, delivered to the door Wedneaday. Polite, friendly staff and so efficient.
So on Thursday the 3rd June I felt quite unwell . I phoned my Dr surgery meadow side at 8am the receptionist said the nurse would call me and at 10.30 am she did. She said she would prescribe me some tablets and it would go straight to Moseley pharmacy. By 5pm still no sign of the prescription? The pharmacy called the surgery for me and Dr hulme hadn't yet signed it? 6.30 hours to sign a prescription? So I went home to call the Dr. I spoke to the receptionist who asked Dr hulme to sign it bearing in mind Moseley pharmacy closes at 6pm he said he wouldn't sign it until he finished for the evening!!!! I was in agony to say the least! I went back round to the pharmacy to tell them . The pharmacist was absolutely amazing and said she could prescribe the tablet . I can't tell you how pleased and relived I was . Thank you so very much to the pharmacist and staff at Moseley pharmacy
