This was my first time using this pharmacy as they do blister packs. I rang the pharmacy on Tuesday 16th December as well as my doctors they both told me my medication would be in blister packs now I have been told that I need to ring my GP to get them to tell the pharmacy again that my medication is to be in blister packs I'm not very happy that this has not been done as my GP has put my medication doses up and was ment to start them i have not been on my new dose due to this I also went to collect my medication on Friday 19th December was told that it would be a 15 minute wait I was waiting there for just over a hour waiting for my medication they brought them to me after the hour of waiting and they wasn't in blister packs like they should have been I have not had my mental health medication new dose for a week. I am due to leave to go away for few days on Tuesday 23rd December in the morning I need my medication sorting out before then and when I ring my GP on Monday 22nd December will need my medication doing there and then for me to pick up on Monday 22nd December.

Shocking! made an appointment online - attended. Person appointment was with with not in that day. Should have called me to say don't bother coming in as it was wasted an hour getting there, wouldn't normally bother leaving a review. But it has happened twice ! and also to someone else I know. So hopefully if the management see it they might sort it out.

My first interaction was amazing, the pharmacist was so helpfully and discreet, she put and order in and told me to came back the next day to collect. I came the next day and was told the item hadn't arrived and I would need to by a smaller item till my order arrives. So I did and came back 2 days later and asked if my item had come to which I was told no not yet, but a voice from the back said hang on ........ came 2 days ago and has been sitting on the desk. So my item was in the first time and there was no need of my buy the smaller item to last. No apology, infact the lady giggled! Shame for an amazing first interaction to who it finished.

I've been with peak pharmacy since I turned 18, but today I've switched to a different pharmacy because over the past few months their service has become terrible. I was issued a prescription by my doctor who assured me I'd be able to pick it up today if I went after my appointment, but they claimed they hadn't received it. This has happened to me a few times before, and every time it has turned out that they have received it, and just haven't checked. Its not urgent for me thankfully, but I'd imagine that for some others it will be, so it's very disappointing to see.

Absolutely awful! I don't know what has happened to this place recently but it's gone hugely downhill. Staff are rude, completely ignore customers, losing prescriptions. Not just mine, but other people's prescriptions in the queue. The same queue in which I spent 25 minutes waiting just to be asked "what are you here for?"

I always find (some of) the ladies in here really unnecessarily rude. No matter how nice you are they’re just really short & rude - there were elderly people in when I went in & they might be the only people they’d come in contact today, a bit of kindness goes a long way!

Choose a different pharmacy. I repeatably find a staff member here to be facetious & belittling. I’m sure this isn’t true for all of the staff, but I often visit this branch in a vulnerable state and find this persons approach to be toxic. I don’t believe they should be front of house considering they deal with many people in compromised positions. I certainly don’t like the idea of my relatives going through the same experience. I’m happy to walk the extra distance to find somewhere else.

Friendly and helpful staff. I had come on holiday to Buxton without my usual medication and the staff sorted me out with an emergency supply. Such a relief thank you!

Fantastic pharmacy! Staff are always helpful and polite, and throughout the difficult times of the last couple of years during the pandemic they have still provided a top class service to me and my family. Always worth a visit to see the lovely range of gifts and household bits they have for sale too

Rude and grumpy staff member. The lady with the dark curly hair was incredibly rude to my partner, the young apprentice and another customer. The pharmacist was so helpful and the blonde lady. Just the dark curly haired woman. My partner saw how angry she was at the fact we had arrived at 12.55 and they close at 1pm. She apologised twice and explained but the grumpy and rude lady didn't even acknowledge she had tried to apologise....., we had been sent to Buxton from the Chapel branch as they didn't have what we needed for our 9 month old baby. All she wanted to do was lock the door before 1pm and go home on the dot. Think a customer facing role is not for her and shes in the wrong job. Disgraceful service.
