   Rude is the word . Called in to cancel a heart monitor appt on 17th December to be accused by the pharmacist disrespectfully that I had not turned up for my booking on 15th December this was incorrect I had popped in on 15th for a blood pressure check so the diary was wrong. She ignored me was abrupt and rude . I wished I had said something she looked at me and thought. I was an old lady !! I’m not I’m on the ball

   Amazed… It’s Saturday morning, went to collect my prescriptions and I find the pharmacy closed… How ridiculous, why are other Wells open ..?? This store provides a public service and yet is closed? Time to change my provider of prescriptions.

   Ignore the phones from 5pm as called almost 20 times since then, they also hang up on you. Yet they are open til 6:30pm so the lines are meant to be open til at least 6pm. Ignorant and arrogant behaviour from professionals. Childish. Can't be bothered to answer the phone after 5pm. Call yourselves professional. My arse is more so.

   Had a bit of a slip this week and forgot to order my repeat prescription with my GP. Thank you to Emily and the rest of the team who managed to sort me out my full script on very short notice so that I didn’t have a break in my medication, it is very much appreciated.

   The worst pharmacy I could of picked only because it’s conveniently close to my address. Always late with my weekly epilepsy prescription. If there was no star I would of chose that but sadly have to use one star. Would not recommend. Used to be better organised before covid. They don’t even pick up the phone anymore, just put down and very obvious.
