   The Telephone number doesn't work either! My partner needed to pick up heart medication, couldn't get through to them as it said he's dialled the wrong number which is rubbish, he's been using this pharmacy for years. Seriously shoddy service.

   Wouldn’t give me my prescription, they were claiming they couldn’t read what it says (medication wise). Went to Berry Hill Pharmacy afterwards and no problem with them and very pleasant.

   Let us on down twice on flu jab no call from the chemist to let us no so we had two wasted trips first trip chemist shut with sign in window lights on and staff inside but wouldn’t look at the customers waiting outside and even knocked on door but just blanked us and second trip no trained staff to do the flu jab thanks for letting us no in advance and have two wasted journeys wasting fuel and time

   it is experiencing a number of issues, which has pushed me into using an online pharmacy. It does have the potential to be a really good pharmacy though, and in the future I may return.

   If I could I would give zero stars. After ordering medication 3 weeks ago I still don't have it. I have been into the shop on numerous occasions, only to be given excuse after excuse. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
