I feel so sorry for the staff here, having to put up with such a dreadful customer base who think they can behave how they want. I witnessed kids pretending to pay (by registering a pinpad error), then walking out with stuff. The prices are outrageous, which doesn't help, but customers should think about the people who are serving them.
All the staff are amazing in this store. So friendly and helpful. They all deserve a raise having to deal with the badly behaved kids of rooksdown constantly giving them hassle and stealing.

A good selection of quality food and other products, open from really morning to late at night. A very useful convenience store. It's only let down by being a little too small compared to some other branches of the same chain, and perhaps giving a little to 2 much shelf space to confectionery which could be better used.
