   We were recommended to JMK Wealth by a family relative who had worked with them and highly reviewed their service. We booked an appointment with them to have a first meeting about what they could offer to us as first time buyer’s and Mark’s response was prompt, factual and reassuring. During the first meeting with Mark and Finley, they introduced themselves and fully explained what they could do for us and gave us an outline of the home buying process. Despite this being a lot of information to take in, Mark and Finley were both extremely patient with us and ensured we fully understood what we were committing ourselves to before allowing us to move forward with them. Both of them worked with us for a number of months before we made an offer on a property. During those months, they responded to emails quickly and were happy to jump on the phone to have a chat about anything. When we found a property we were interested in, they checked the property to make sure there were no concerns on behalf of the lenders which could implicate our application with them. At one point, we had to renew our Mortgage in Principal and they were quick to adjust this and re-check our finances to make sure we were getting the best possible rate with the best lender. Following this, we managed to secure an offer on a property and both were quick to get everything sorted with our lender and get the valuation booked in. Mark and Finley put us in touch with their recommended solicitors, surveyors and home insurance who all provided their own exceptional service. Thanks to the team working throughout, it has made the property buying journey for us extremely smooth and relaxed. We have not worried once about any of the documents that we have received or any part of the buying process as Mark and Finley have gone out of their way to fully explain this to us. They also made sure to keep any eye on any better rates for us throughout the process to ensure we were getting the best deal. We look forward to working with them again in the future when we look to renew our mortgage as we know they will make the process even easier. We cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a property.
