    Since being taken over this pharmacy is terrible! The staff are so rude and unhelpful!!!! Went in to collect my prescription that had been ordered days before. I was told it’s not ready. I advised I have no medication left to which the guy could not of cared less just shrugged his shoulders and said come back Monday! Thankfully I have moved and gone to another pharmacy. I would strongly urge all to do the same! Such a stressful experience dealing with this pharmacy! There is no need to be so rude and so unhelpful I wish you would understand the people you are dealing with!

    Pharmacy technicians(more than 1 of them) always have a terrible attitude towards me when I'm trying to pick up a prescription. I'm thinking gmaps need to take off the "LGBTQ+ friendly" from the info. They also contacted my GP to change my prescription because they don't want to be bothered to order in my actual prescription which was decided to be specifically that with a separate clinic, which was then prescribed by my GP. (Not even a suitable replacement for me!) I had also explained this to them in person 8 hours earlier that day. They disregarded what I'd said and then later contacted my GP, and hadn't bothered to order it in like they had said they would the 8hours previously. Stay away from this pharmacy if you're trans or any kind of LBGTQ+ with female reproductive organs. A bit of asking for clarification if fine but telling me that my GP prescribed wrong just because they don't want to order in??? I went to boots down on festival park who were able to order it in within 3 days after they told me it would be a week.

    I have been using this pharmacy for a while now and I have always felt helped especially by the counter staff, even when they are really busy. Understandable that they are doing their best when very busy.

    The pharmacists are lovely but the desk staff are rude and unnecessarily condescending for no reason. I was polite and understanding and just asked for an emergency prescription to tide me by whilst I contact my doctors. Will be using different pharmacy in future, as it’s not the first time they have treated me or my family this way
