    I have tried to use this store a few times while living nearby and all I can say is do not waste your time. Every experience it is worse than the last. They cannot be bothered to get off personal phone calls and your presence is merely an interruption, one of my packages has never been returned to Amazon and they impose arbitrary restrictions on what they will accept take because they just cannot be bothered. Save yourself the time and just go up to line up at the post office.

    Took Evri parcel their ealier that day my partner took one and no issues I had another and this is the local drop off point all of a sudden it’s not working I don’t get why these shops have such issues with them machines or only open them certain times they get paid per parcel and if you open why not stay open with the drop off point

    Every time I take a parcel for Evri the staff are miserable and rude. I'm sure they get commission so wish they would cheer up, or get rid of the service if they can't at least be polite.

    Awful service when trying to return a parcel from Amazon using a QR code, first they refused to take the parcel as it wasn't wrapped in tape despite the instructions clearly saying they will do the packaging for you then their camera wouldn't print the QR code. Me and 4 other customers had the same issue today. They were also very rude which is why they lost a customer today
