   Went into Cornwell,s chemist in Stafford today to pick up my prescription they offered me a blood pressure test, I said yes as I was going to the doctors anyway I haven’t been feeling well, the young lady who did the test was very professional and said I needed to go and see a doctor, she even took me round explaining what she had found and got me booked in to see someone and said if I had any problems to ring her Monday, absolutely fabulous service nothing was to much trouble and with a reassuring smile thank you Iram

   Went for a health check which I was offered on a previous visit to chemist when I went to pick up my repeat prescription and I found it very informative and fascinating it took about 30 mins and I would recommend other people to do it. I had a lovely and friendly lady do my tests and she was explaining to me everything as we went through tests. Luckily I had a good report and I've learned some things as well so well worth the time going

   I have recently had a problem with wax in my ears affecting my hearing. Receiving very little help from my own pharmacist or doctor's receptionist, my daughter suggested that I go to your Holmcroft Road Pharmacy. All the staff but particularly Jo and Molly were courteous, understanding and professional in dealing with me that day. It may seem like a small problem but to me it was becoming major. I can't thank them enough for their help and kindness.

   Hello everyone I just to say a big thank you to the excellent service I received during my recent visit to Holmcroft surgery. I had my blood pressure taken by a practice assistant named Jo. It was very high and I was advised to have a BP Monitor for 24 hours, Jo took me through the procedure and she told me exactly what expect and she wasn't wrong. Jo was just brilliant had no stress and I was cared for in such friendly and kind way. 10 out of 10 for Jo and Cornwells
