   Amazing pharmacy. Went out of their way to make sure the correct medication is in stock for me. They understand..unlike many others unfortunately in their field, that different pharmaceutical brands of the same medication, can produce serious unwanted side effects! Especially in the mental health field. This should be researched and documented more to help people!!! Use this pharmacy!

   The staff are always professional and courteous and always go above and beyond. My prescription is always ready on time , which makes my life a lot easier. Would recommend this pharmacy. It hasn’t always been the case but now I can’t fault it.

   We saw a pharmasist today about my daughters ear as docs were short staffed. I wasnt sure what to expect, but was very impressed with care she received, she is 9 and was spoken to like a person, explained everything he will be doing showed the tool he will be using etc. Gave advice about the care and further steps. If ever come to this that we need to used this service again, I will be doing it with full confidence. Thank you.

   Absolutely dreadful. They don’t answer the phone. Go into the shop the staff are slow; surly and think they are doing you a favour. Complained to their Head Office didn’t even get the courtesy of a reply. Clear from all the negative comments that they are not bothered!!

   Just horrendous. Constantly reject my prescription due to ridiculous things. Most recent issue is the pharmacist read the ‘2022’ in the date as ‘2002’ and refused my prescription. I’m now 2 months without my medication,

   Never answer the phone. Also don't feel in good hands in regards to scripts. I've been without my medication now for nearly a week and can't get anyone to tell me whats going on.

   Consistently terrible service.. I frequently wait 30 40 mins to pick up my prescription.. They are clearly so disorganised..constantly losing patients prescriptions..they’ll often give you half of your prescription.. The girls work hard but it’s a disaster area.. Never go here..

   Didn't give me my important medication ( anti seizure meds ) wasn't in the bag when picked up my meds, rang them and was told they hadn't got them in stock, but clearly forgot to mention this when I picked them up !! Very incompetent and also keep you waiting ages too, my first time using this pharmacy and it's not a good first impression, to leave out a vital medication is disgusting, staff need a kick up the backside.
