Really helpful and efficient staff. Especially lady called Fran and young male pharmacist. Nothing too much trouble. Knowledgable and personal service to all customers. Very busy pharmacy but time still taken to ensure each customer served with due diligence. Not many pharmacies have this personal approach. Thank you.
Staff have always been pleasant and helpful since we stareted using this chemist 3 years ago. They are always really busy, but I am happy to wait patiently for my prescription. The staff are also helpful at recommending products when needed too.
Used this pharmacy for years, funds keep being reduced so less staff, due to no fault of their own. Always eager to help and very supportive. Think their getting a rough deal, never had any issues, staff are all amazing.

Overall a very good pharmacy. Had a few problems recently due to staff shortages but everything now seems to be back on track thanks to the diligent & hard working personnel. Staff always pleasant, efficient & responsive. The impatient, petulant & rude customers using the pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves.
Very rude staff ordered 7 days before also rang all day before they answer phone asked them where my delivery was should have been today .told them l had no metformin left they don’t give a dam put the phone down on me very very rude uncaring people
The pharmacist here is possibly the rudest person i have ever met, he has no customer service skills and is hugely arrogant! However the 3 stars are due to the fact that the delivery drivers are absolutely fantastic, nothing is ever too much for them and theyre nothing but lovely, chatty and happy every time i have seen them!
