   New owner was very helpful and polite, I have been a customer at this pharmacy for years and noticed a decline in customer service over time from well pharmacy, contemplated leaving but I will stay now. Pharmacist was very busy but took the time to answer my queries and seemed to have good knowledge + gave good advice.

   If I could give them 0 stars I would. As other reviewers have said, you can’t trust the opening hours. I’ve tried to call on three separate occasions the last couple of days to pick up a prescription, but on each occasion, the shutters are down. When my wife was able to pop in when they averted open, she was told that they had no record of my prescription, despite me having confirmation from Well as well as my GP surgery stating it was ready for collection. Do not use these clowns.

   When ringing to chase up an urgent prescription, they have not answered the phone on multiple occasions in the last 2 days. I work 20+miles away and can't 'nip' out to go and check. I need this new prescription for a hosp appt I've got this week but can't find out, if its even available for collection!!! Eventually, the phone line just terminates the call- appalling service!

   Absolutely shocking at answering the phone. Called 37 times. When you go in there they just leave the phone ringing. What if I was an elderly person who could only just make the trip to the shop, to be told it’s not ready or they don’t have it in yet! ANSWER THE PHONE

   The staff have changed so many times. There never seems enough staff. However they are friendly and helpful. Believe not all customers are nice. I know, short staffed, they must be overwhelmed sometimes.!! Sometimes the shelfs seem empty,..and Not so neat and tidy as it could be..so I gave this chemist 4 stars.. overall , not bad experience. My opinion staff need help or longer hours

   Sorry but they cannot keep a resident chemist, continual stream of locums. Essential prescription items on long term order fail to materialise resulting in crisis situations. Not acceptable. 2 stars, not 1, because the counter staff are wonderful and do phenomenal things in an intolerable situation.

   I went in west way wells pharmacy today as my psoriasis was stinging and playing up. Thy recommended me to E45 itch relief and i must state that they helped me find comfort and relief. They listened to me. They showed me the upmost respect and i really would like to say a huge thank you.
