   Whoever decided to change the computer system needs sacking! Prescriptions are taking days to be dealt with and the queues outside the pharmacies are growing longer, up to 20 in some places! I tried to give no stars to the IT department but it won't let me post unless I give at least one. The staff in the pharmacies though do deserve 5 stars for what they are having to put up with.

   The worst pharmacy in Congleton. The pharmacists are extremely rude and they change their trading hours when they choose, leaving those requiring essential medication having to go elsewhere without any concern for vulnerable individuals. What a disgrace to the Lloyds brand name. They need to be investigated!

   Use this Pharmacy in preference to others close by travel 9 mile but worth it, as advice over the counter is first class.The staff are always helpful and prompt service at the counter ....really good customer experience .
