   Absolutely recommend Dale Davenport. My situation was complicated with an ex partner to buy out of a mortgage, confusing payslips, enormous credit card debt. I had rung other financial advisors and been told I wouldn’t get a mortgage. My own mortgage provider said I didn’t earn enough to be mortgaged on my own. However Dale was able to easily source several really good deals, all of which he ensured I can afford. Dale completely understood what i needed, didn’t try to persuade me into anything else, listened and understood my situation, not just financial but with regards to the problems with my ex and what I wanted to achieve overall. Because my ex was difficult the whole process took months - Dale kept in touch throughout offering support. Brilliant service, one very happy customer who now has no credit card debt, no horrible ex on her deeds and £230 a month more in her account. Thanks Dale!!

   If I could give 10 stars I would, fantastic professional service from my financial advisor Dale Davenport, who I strongly recommend. Started off looking into mortgages independently with my bank, however not being at all impressed with them I took to google. After research I landed on Mansion Park, speaking with Dale numerous times before deciding I chose to go with them. Dale helped every step of the way even questions not related to financial matters, searches etc. Always on hand to any my questions and concerns. My mortgage was a Right to buy with my housing association house so was aware this was to be more complex than a normal property buy, Dale kept me up to date every week. I honestly couldn't have done it without him, as I'm a worrier and he put my mind at rest every step of the way, through the whole process. Thank you to Dale and Mansion Park for all their help and advice. With out any doubt I will be using Dale with re mortgaging in the future.

   I would like to say that Gary Puffett at Mansion Parks has done a brilliant job for us on transferring our pension. I read on a previous review that a customer was not kept informed but I had to write a review for myself with our own experience. We had our pension delayed due to getting information and Christmas holidays but Gary kept us very well informed of the progress, making sure, he contacted us regularly with updated information on what was happening. He made the whole process so stress free and would recommend anyone who contacts Mansion Parks, for advice, to ask for him personally. We have been extremely satisfied with the service Gary has provided and will trust him to deal with all of our financial issues in the future.

   I cannot recommend my financial advisor enough. Dale Davenport helped to find the best remortgage for me, after looking for some time independently. He is a true professional in his field, explained everything in the finest of detail making me feel at ease from start right up until completion of my remortgage. I personally recommend Dale to anyone looking for any mortgage / financial advice his professionalism and sensitivity is a trait which made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

   Have used Mansion Park for many years for a variety of reasons, including financial advice, insurance and 3 mortgages now. Their service has always been to an exceptional standard, and I would highly recommend them (in fact I have done so to a number of friends and colleagues who went on to use them also). Our financial 'set up' isn't the easiest to understand with my husband being self employed, but they took all the hassle away with our mortgages by liaising with our accountants, lenders and solicitors as needed, resulting in a smooth process every time. Thanks for all your continued hard work.
