   I only gave 1 star as the lowest i could go. Ordered a £50 bouquet for my wife for our 25th anniversary as part of the day. I could have done better myself, with more flowers for half the cost. The only reason i took them is my anniversary is tomorrow and i have no other choice. When i ordered i was told pick up from 2pm. When i wasn't there at 2pm i had 2 missed calls and a voice message. When i got there the lady serving couldn't have been more miserable if she tried. The shop door advertised that the shop closed at 3pm but this lady obviously wanted to go asap as she left just after me. I look after care homes in the area so buy lots of flowers and will never use the flower basket again for anything.

   Wanted to buy local in my village. No answer to calls. Used the website - interflora advising could likely be another store supplying. Large delivery cost (1/4 mile delivery to local school). NO updates/tracking/delivery notification. Used Interflora chat - confirmed delivered but had no proof of delivery. Chat ended with no call back that was promised. Absolutely dire service from start to finish and still don’t know what store prepared and delivered the flowers - NEVER again!!!

   AVOID AT ALL COST My Partner booked flowers for her parents 68th wedding anniversary they never arrived, the shop is less than 500 yards from their house and the excuse was the driver delivered them to the wrong address, hard to believe when there was a personalised card included with the flowers all we were offered was a cash refund this hardly compensates for the very poor service this company provides we won't be using them again

   I will never use this place, EVER again and will be sure to let everyone know what a poorly run business this is. We purchased some flowers for my Grandfather's funeral. We wanted to make sure everything was ok with the order so phoned up on the Monday, no answer, went there in person, shop was shut. We were now concerned so did the exact same for the following two days, still nothing. On thursday, the day of the funeral, the flowers we had ordered turned up at the funeral directors. We had already gone to another florist on the Wednesday thinking The Flower Basket had completely shut. This business is a joke. I cannot believe them. No apology. Nothing. AVOID this place!
