   Sarah and the team at Olivia Brooke were completely and utterly amazing. They were all so friendly and the flowers we had were absolutely stunning! At first I didn’t really know what I wanted but Sarah helped so much and the decorations she done for the wedding venue were absolutely stunning! I can honestly say if I ever need a florist this is where I will be coming back to! Nothing was ever to much and I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a contractor. Well done ladies your all absolutely amazing.

   After calling four other florists in the area and being sorely disappointedly by their disinterest for my custom / requirements - I called Sara at Olivia Brooke Floral Design. I was looking for a very special arrangement to be delivered same day to the Lightwater area. My standards are very high, and Sara did not disappoint. Sara was friendly, polite and professional. She knew exactly what I wanted and was able to reassure me that an exquisite floral arrangement would be delivered that day. I was clearly informed of the order and delivery process and I was text messaged when the order has been confirmed and when delivery had taken place. Not an automated message - a personal message detailing how the delivery had gone. The floral arrangement was absolutely exquisite and not like anything I’ve sent before. My friend was thrilled with her flowers and has described them as ‘absolutely stunning’. Sara’s service is a ‘cut above’ anything I have used before. Our beautiful floral arrangement looked utterly bespoke, and the freshness of her flowers knocked spots off anything I’ve seen before. If you’re going to buy flowers over the phone or online for the Surrey area, I’d definitely give Sara at Olivia Brooke a call. I was very impressed!! I am quite certain you will not be disappointed. She is so lovely, friendly, professional and passionate about what she does and although I know she is very busy, she makes sure you feel that your wedding day is the most special event in the world!
