   We couldn’t have asked for more. The coffin spray was exactly as we envisioned. Beautiful red and white flowers with some of the green foliage we provided from my grandad’s garden, adding a personal touch. Truly exceptional service during a difficult time. Highly recommended.

   Had ordered flowers for delivery at 1:00pm. 1:40 pm still waiting. Rang them up , they apologised but .Iasked them why they didn't contact me . Answer was I suppose we should have.Flower were not very good.arrangement was amateurish .Not at all professional like previous ones I had purchased Have been getting flowers from them for the last 17 years .But don't think I will get any more

   The team at special occasions did our wedding flowers. Before the wedding, Sam was so helpful in helping us make choices and work out what would be best for each arrangement. We were so happy with the service. On the day, the flowers were delivered and set up efficiently. When we saw them for the first time, we were speechless. They were everything we imagined and more. The table decorations were just stunning and all the bouquets were incredible- the colours & smell were lovely. We had so many nice comments from our guests on the flowers. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you again to you all for bringing our vision to life & for the stunning flowers for our special day.

   So happy with the flowers that were sent to my dad. I had arranged flowers online as I live abroad and overnight the original florist couldn’t fulfil the order so Special Occasions stepped in and delivered the flowers. My dad sent a photo and they were amazing, above and beyond my expectations. Thank you so much. Will definitely use you again.

   They sent old flowers for my daughters birthday that died in 2 days despite proper care. I messaged them privately to complain but numerous weeks later noone has come back to me. Avoid avoid avoid! There are some beautiful and great florists in reading, but this company is one of the worst ive ever used.
