   I recently completed the 6-week programme at Henley Florist & Flower School and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The course was well-structured, informative, and provided hands-on learning across a wide range of floral skills. Over the six weeks, I developed a strong understanding of hand-tied arrangements, proper flower conditioning, and the creation of various designs and structural pieces. The teaching was a standout element as Lorna is so knowledgeable, clear, and delivered with genuine passion. They created a welcoming environment where questions were encouraged, guidance was thoughtful, and I felt supported despite having no prior experience. The atmosphere was friendly, relaxed, and fun to learn in. This is definitely one to try for anyone interested in developing or refining their floristry skills. It was a valuable and enjoyable experience, and I left feeling inspired and well-equipped for future floral projects. I’ll be back again to do one in a different season!

   I put Lorna and Jan in charge of my wedding flowers back in May and I could not have been more pleased how everything turned out! It was important to me to be able to go and speak to someone and run my thoughts by them in person rather than filling in a form or chatting to someone online. The interaction was very valuable to me and gave me the peace of mind I needed to be confident that everything would be handled as discussed, and that especially my bridal bouquet would turn out as I'd imagined. It actually was the prettiest bouquet, completely fitting the brief, and the buttonholes Lorna made for the gents in the wedding party matched it perfectly. My husband and I, as well as our guests also adored the table decorations at our celebration venue. Most of our guests ended up taking home a potted plant or some of the bud vases, making these perfect wedding favours. We still get messages from our friends and family telling us how the plants are still looking great :) Thank you ladies for making our day more special and for turning my thoughts and ideas into a beautiful floral reality! x

   The Henley Florist were brilliant. Everything I wanted was created and far exceeded my expectations! My bouquet was beautiful and done with so much care and attention. The wedding breakfast centre pieces were total show stoppers and everyone commented on how fabulous they were!    Do not buy from Henley florist! £400 This was my wife’s and daughters valentines delivery. At a cost of £400! Not to value- very rude owner, unapologetic. Made rude comments to my wife. Not helpful, would not refund. Very poor quality flowers poorly arranged. Delivery was late All round shocking service. Would definitely not use again in the future We have since bought from BLUEBELLS florist (Henley) Who are fantastic! Their service and quality of flowers are far better.

   Absolutely appalling service. My husband ordered valentines flowers for £400! I received very few red roses of extremely poor quality that were very poorly arranged. As soon as they was delivered, I phoned the shop as I was a little concerned about the quality of flowers considering they was £400! I returned the flowers within 1h of being delivered. Staff were very rude! I was told by one member of staff that there has been a ‘mix up’with delivery, told me that was not my bouquet. I then asked to speak to the owner who told me actually that was the right bouquet sent and that it was to value! So just back and forth lies. They were unapologetic very rude, with one member of staff telling me “I suppose you was expecting diamonds on valentines instead” ! I was so shocked and saddened by this comment. I phoned another florist in London to see if I over reacting, I know flowers can be costly. However they agreed this was absolutely not acceptable. I was not offered a refund. Very very poor customer service. we will not be using again. (I would attach photo but not sure how) Also my husband was unaware of BLUEBELLS florist (also in Henley) who we have since had flowers from. Who made and absolutely beautiful elegant funeral wreath, they are friendly, helpful and the flowers are in another league for quality! I too have now received floral bouquet from them as a lady who enjoys finer things in life, they did not disappoint. Do not buy from Henley florist, complete rip-off

   Thank you to the friendly team at the Henley Florist for sharing their wealth of knowledge, skills and patience during last weeks flower basket arrangement class. The lesson was fun, informative and perfect for big or small groups.. the HF team even surprised us with some bubbles (to get the creative juices flowing)! I would absolutely recommend the Henley Florist to those requiring professional floral services locally. Thanks again HF, I will absolutely be back!
