Absolutely brilliant service. Needed a black button hole for a Halloween themed wedding at short notice. To cut along story short they had it sorted within an hour and called me back to confirm. The price charged was really low considering the service so I al purchase flowers for my home which look superb. No more supermarket flowers for me.

Dropped into Nicola Florist mid afternoon seeking a flower arrangement for my grandmothers birthday. They were very friendly, asked what I needed, worked out a price we were happy with said to come back in 15 minutes. This lovely assortment was waiting for us upon arrival, my grandmother loved them, and the other residents in the care home loved them too. Used Nicola Florist for our wedding recently and couldn't fault them! Very friendly and helpful as we went in after visiting a different florist shop where we didn't get a good feeling from them. Nicola Florist staff were so helpful and talked us through our options and even put together a few flower types they had to show us a rough idea of what worked well together in a bouquet. They were also budget friendly and our flowers were all absolutely beautiful and arrived at the agreed time on our wedding morning. Thank you!
Popped in for 2 bunches of last minute birthday flowers. The staff member was particularly helpful, put the flowers together really quickly whilst I waited and the flowers came out looking really fresh and thoughtfully put together. Very impressed!
Only florist I found that put bunch flowers on my mum's bench at Basingstoke Crem for mothers day, (As I live in Shropshire) unfortunately I am still waiting for the photo of the flowers there, as proof of them being delivered , in memory of the my mum... I have given email address and you have my mobile number.. But I still await the photo..... . Still waiting for photos over 2 weeks later so I'll NOT be using you again so you have gone from 4 stars down to 2 stars...
Ordered a bouquet for wife's birthday to be delivered in the morning. They did not arrive . After phoning I was told that they were very busy and that funerals flowers took priority . If I wanted a guaranteed time I would have to pay an extra charge . Was not told this at time of purchase. I was very unhappy and cancelled the order.
