I ordered a “wedding anniversary” bouquet for my daughter and son-in-law. I had sent them a beautiful vase and wanted flowers that would compliment it. I decided to copy the colours and flowers of the wedding bouquet, and explained to Hannah over the phone what I wanted. The flowers were delivered yesterday and my daughter sent me a photo of them. They are just as I wanted, absolutely beautiful and so like the bouquet my daughter carried this day 28 years ago. Thank you Hannah for seeing to my order with exact detail and delivering so quickly. Willow & Blooms did the flowers for our wedding day, and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had. Helen was incredibly helpful from the outset - we had a colour theme and a few flowers we really wanted, but otherwise felt so able to trust her expertise and experience in putting everything together - and we are so glad we did. The flowers were stunning, we were so happy with how they brought our vision to life and so many of our guests have complimented them. Helen was also super flexible with changing bits of our booking nearer the time and giving us ideas we hadn't thought of (including to make sure we were making the best use of all of flowers at different points of the day), and going to the shop to look at and choose everything was also really helpful. We booked Willow and Blooms for our wedding day and it turned out to be the best choice. We have never ordered fresh flowers before so this was a step into the unknown but Helen made the process so simple and made this part of the wedding planning a breeze for us. During our initial meeting, she captured all of our requirements and provided us a quote in a timely manner even advising us it would cost slightly more due to our wedding being on Mothers day weekend. Despite this, we were very content with the competitive price she provided. The florals on the day were amazing and were exactly what we were after. This included a beautiful bridal bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, button holes for the grooms party, corsage's for the mothers and decorative flowers for the aisle which were accompanied by wooden crates and vases provided by them. All of this combined with the punctual delivery (we didn't get to see Helen on the day as she had been and gone by the time we noticed) meant that we didn't have to worry about a thing in regards to wedding flowers. Helen has been phenomenal throughout my wedding experience! I had a very niche and specific vision for my florals. I always said I wanted a “wild flower theme” with mostly dried flowers. I tried to keep to a reasonable budget which Helen was always super accommodating of and she was always upfront with any apprehensions and limitations of certain aspects which I’m so grateful for as she is the expert and I really valued that advice. I’m so glad I trusted Willow and Blooms with my vision! I had numerous Pinterest photos of my ideas for everything and when I tell you I was BLOWN AWAY by just how perfect everything turned out I mean it!! From the absolutely fantastic aisle pieces that looked like the most perfect wildflower meadow (we then repurposed them as table decorations) to the big beautiful moon arch to the bouquets. Everything was stunning. Myself and my bridesmaids kept our bouquets as the loveliest keepsakes and even the aisle flowers are going strong at 9 days after the wedding!! I cannot than Helen enough for the fantastic work she did! I would recommend her to everyone. The photos speak for themselves.
I live in California while my mom lives in Newbury, Willow & Blooms has been amazing and helping me stay in touch and send love to my mom from so far away so she still knows how much I love her. I'm so glad they've been so accommodating and helpful with my orders and my mom loves the beautiful flowers she receives. Will definitely be my go to for the good times and the bad times.
