   Jumped through all the affordability hoops that they chucked my way and then at the last minute decided they are going to decline me, I can clearly afford the repayments. Not happy whatsoever what was the point of giving access to bank statements and all the back and forth just tell me upfront.

   Do not use them. They literally pushed me into taking a loan even though I was already well into my overdrafts and strugglng to pay bills.. Then the massive interest almost bankrupted me! If you miss a payment they are literally onto you. Joseph the branch manager was emailing me and ringing me making threats that he would come to my house to 'make contact' if I didn't answer his call. He was really aggressive. I blocked the branches number then he continued to call me off private numbers when I was at work saying he is going to organise a home visit. He was very aggressive and what he was doing was illegal. I had to report them to the financial ombudsman for their disgusting behaviour. Steer clear! As an update everyday loans was found in the wrong and their behavior meant I got a full refund of my loan. Everyone needs to report them to the Financial ombudsman!

   Absolute charlatans of an organisation. More than happy to pray on the needy and the desperate but heaven help you if you fall into difficulty. Will not freeze interest and payments and then threaten you with "further action" if you call to try and find out why they have refused a payment schedule from a recognised debt charity. If you have NO other options, still DON'T use these sharks.

   Warren is a liar, based on London road but can't travel to a private flat in Bedford place? Not impressed. Won't recommend to anyone.

   I visited the office today to support my partner Stephen. Although we turned up early for his appointment we were welcomed in. Steve met Magdalena, who was happy to have us both in her office. Magdalena explained everything to Steve about his loan application, without leaving me out of it. Any problems were sorted by her. At the end, Magdalena's boss-Kate-came in to double check that Steve had had everything explained to him, and that he had understood. She left room for any questions he had. Overall, we found this office the best! Kate says that they pride themselves on their customer service-and so they should!
