   We cannot stress enough just how fantastic Paul and Julia's service was whilst acting as our Mortgage broker for our first time purchase. Paul was able to secure us a far better deal on a mortgage in principle than any bank or building society could; without his service we were expecting to only be able to afford a much lower total price than we actually could! Paul's communication is superb throughout the whole process, and when the seller required us to submit proof of our mortgage offer - Paul responded with every required detail within five minutes of us contacting him. I can wholeheartedly recommend if you are looking for a professional mortgage broker service, and even if you're looking at handling the mortgage side yourself at first, we would heavily recommend contacting Paul as you may be surprised to soo how much farther your deposit can actually go whilst giving you a fantastic rate. Thanks Paul, and apologies for the delay in this review (Been quite busy getting settled in our first home!!)

We wouldn’t have had a clue without her and would have no doubt cost us a lot more money.
