I needed help with calculating figures for a tax bill... Kevin introduced me to Daniel who was absolutely wonderful in working out the correct figure to be paid. We had an issue that caused an accounting mismatch during data migration when changing our legal case management system. Unable to locate and resolve that problem ourselves we turned to Ascentant to assist in providing a solution. Kevin was able to locate the issue and apply a fix. He did this promptly and on quoted cost which was really reasonable. We had a good level of clear communications and was very happy with the friendly service. My only regret is not going to them sooner and saving a couple of days of failed self fix attempts.
