    OVERPRICED AND BAD SERVICE We were with Cedar for over a year and they barely communicated anything with me unless they were trying to charge me more for extra services. After registering for VAT they didn't submit a single return for me and again never got in touch with any reasons why, I had to chase them! Even after that they didn't submit any, so my new accountant had to go through all of my records and back return 3(!!!) VAT returns! Now I am lumped with paying 3 bills at once, threatening my business cashflow, and they couldn't care less. On top of that a business tax return hadn't even been done. I'm not sure what they had been doing for the amount they charged per month, but it can't have been much. When changing accountants and explaining this to them they didn't offer any kind of recompense. I suggested some form of refund but they were adamant that they had done the work paid for. TL;DR don't use them, you won't get any service.
