   On your website it says open until 8pm on Wednesday. I arrived just after 7pm and it was closed! Talked to customer services and they said they don't control what time they work to and if they are gone then they will return at the time that is on the sign. The sign said 9am. The lady on customer services was polite and apologetic. Please update as it was a complete wasted journey due to misleading information on your own website!

   I highly advise you against using their travel money card. It’s an absolute ripoff; as you will loose so much in transaction, exchange and service fees and you won’t be even able to cash out your own money in Euros.

   Been there 3 times in the last 3 days. First day they didn’t have euros, next day “due to unforseen circumstances” they didn’t open, the third day on my way to the airport I went there and the lady was sitting there but said she can’t serve me until the official opening time. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait. I appreciate these are rules and circumstances but annoying to make the trip 3 times and not being able to get served.
