I called the florist at 11:30am to confirm their opening hours, as Google listed a 3pm closing time. The woman I spoke to told me they would be closing at 1pm. I made the effort to arrive at 12:30pm, well before the time she mentioned, but the shop was already closed. I also tried calling the number again, but there was no answer. Very disappointing experienceβespecially after taking the time to check ahead.

Excellent service and attention to detail. I spoke to the ladies behind the counter a few weeks prior to going to Ascot. I explained I wanted a buttonhole to match my SO's dress. Turning up on the day and it was ready and waiting, with an exact match. Very happy indeed and would definitely return for next year. Highly recommended if going to Ascot!
Emma recently prepared three separate flower arrangements for my Grandmothers funeral. All were beautiful and the customer service was faultless. Emma was very compassionate and made arrangements directly with both the funeral directors and the crematorium for delivery. I would highly recommend for any occasion.

I highly recommend Stems of London, be it for an event, wedding or other reason for which you require high quality flowers, superb arrangements and a helpful, friendly and professional service. I dealt with Jo at Stems for my function. Jo guided me throughout the process making helpful suggestions and working with me to ensure that the flower arrangements I wanted would have the impact on my event that I was after.
