   King's College is part of Aberdeen University and is located in Old Aberdeen. This area is steeped in history, even the traffic travels along cobbled roads. There is an amazing story that the original crown tower of this building was blown down in a gale in 1633. Aberdeen University still attracts students from all over the world. Old Aberdeen is an amazing place to walk around, so much to see and learn about.

   Lovely building which I had the privelage of studying. For a whole academic year I had maths lectures here 9am, 5 days a week. Not so easy to appreciate the beauty and history of the building in dreich winters morning. It is set in the most beautiful area of Old Aberdeen with narrow cobbled streets and manicured lawns. Summer is a great time to visit but there is something special about late autumn with the fallen leaves sparkling with frost.

   It gets 5 stars for its oldy worldy beauty. Cobbled roads make it a challenge for wheel chair users. Photos and videos are up loaded. Has a bakery and convenience store. It also is surrounded with houses which is a little confusing at times as you ha e to have a good look about you to see if your still on university/college lands. The parking is for locals only and is controlled by cctv. It is beautiful site
