   I visited this pharmacy recently and was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful the staff were. In particular, there was a ginger girl who went out of her way to help me find what I needed and explained everything clearly. She was super polite and friendly, which honestly made the whole experience much better. You don’t often get service like that these days, really appreciated it!

   Went to get my prescription yesterday they have messed up and given me less than what was on there called up today and they were so rude and were adamant that they did it right when they indeed were not absolutely shocking service and rude employees

   The staff in particular one counter reception are consistently rude ,no customer service manner whatsoever and seems to go out of her way to be unhelpful .she is attacking in her tone ,manner and body language .this is not isolated incidents I have never found her helpful and working in an environment were u may need assistance and people are collecting prescriptions etc is deplorable ,her manner alone has me change chemists as I used to dread even asking her a simple question ..some customer care training required urgently !!

   I came here straight from the doctors to collect my prescription at 16.45 ,it wasn't even open , apparently opens at 17.00 so I waited .this was on the monday 28th April. When they opened i was told it would take 15 minutes, so I waited . After half hour I asked why it was taking so long ,another member of staff said the chemist was in a meeting upstairs. 18.45 I eventually got my prescription after telling the younger member of I had been waiting a very long time ,she just wasn't interested

   Disgusting my daughter was charged £9.35 for golden eye ointment on a prescription when it was on the shelf to buy over the counter for £4.75 what a rip off why did the staff not tell her this.I am disgusted money is tight at the moment words fail me.

   The pharmacy at this store provides the worst service I have ever experienced. If a prescription arrives with them in the morning when you go to collect it they have done nothing with it. Once you arrive at the counter they say it will be an hour, this appears to be their way of prioritising how and when they administer prescriptions. I have now changed pharmacy to one that texts me when my prescription is ready, they don't tell me to go shopping or comeback in an hour. Worst service from a retailer ever, change to boots or Well pharmacy you will get a superior service without the need to walk round Winsford for an hour while they do what they should have done 4 hrs earlier.

   Hope to never use this pharmacy again ! Waiting for antibiotics, said yesterday they will order them take my number and call when they are in . No phone call so phoned them this afternoon to be told oh yes they are in but not ready ! This is the second bad experience in a few months .
