   Terrible customer service, particularly the one delivered by the desk attendant named Enas. This Natwest bank assistant breached my confidentiality rights and requested without any lawful or justifiable basis to show her an email o letter containing the legal matter we were dealing with and why the solicitors were demanding the requested amount of money. When we complaint about that, she stopped attending us and started screaming to us, the branch manager had to come and assist us by completing the requested transaction. Unqualified people like Enas shouldn't be working on financial services in the UK or facing clients. This situation is being logged with the ICO. (Date and time of the transaction: 5/11/2021 13:01 at Natwest Castlepoint.).

   Always extremely slow, long queues and NEVER have i seen all the tills open. Usually only one or two tellers yet they know there are long queues everyday. Very badly organised. Go elsewhere if you can or be prepared for a long wait.

   Me and my husbant had an appoiment this morning at 11 :00o'clock ,we wanted to open a bank account from where we are willing to pay our mortgage,we 've been waiting a month to get his appoiment .They were verry busy,we were waiting 15 min.None of the staff ask us what we where waiting and anything. Only one cashier,long queue, people where waiting. Bassically was first come first served.I ask one of the team members how long I ll have to wait,cause I have an appoiment, he asked me for what I m here and he said he will be with us shortly. Verry bad organized ,verry dissapointed, we decided to leave and not came back again
