   I had an issue with my nose piercing (which I had had done elsewhere). Tannika was so lovely, helpful and patient with me. She took the time to explain everything to me and then rectified the issue. I would definitely recommend Dermagraphix.

   tannika did an amazing tattoo for me a few days ago and the experience couldn’t have been better. she listened to exactly what i wanted and made me feel very comfortable, she’s the only person i’d go too for tattoos from now on. highly highly recommend :) additionally both mike & tannika have helped me multiple times with piercing issues (from a different piercing shop) and i’ve never had any issues with the one i got done by mike.

   My daughters and nieces had their second ear piercings done by Mike - amazing service and care provided, he completely put them at ease, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Almost 8 weeks later and we haven’t a problem or issue with the piercings at all, they have healed amazingly, which is very different to their last piercings! I highly recommend Dermagraphix.

   Mike very kindly did a second nose piercing for me which I am very happy with. I did however have a concern regarding this which was playing on my mind so I went back a few days later hoping I wouldn’t offend as I don’t like to complain. Mike and tanika were both extremely helpful and most informative in offering the best advice and putting my mind at rest. They were most understanding and reassuring yet never rushed me at all meaning I have come away very happy. I throughly recommend Dermagraphix . Very nice people and great service . 10/10 THANK YOU
