Today we had our daughter's piercing. The lady did unevenly . Very bad experience because she can't able to do properly for a teenage girl .
I like the shop but got kicked out for untrue accusations of shoplifting - likely due to buy 3 get 3 free deal with meant I'd picked up too many products. need to reintroduce baskets during deal (don't believe they were there).
I am not satisfied with the service in the store. The staff ignores the customer, is unhelpful, busy on the phone - they don't care about customer. I have been misled many times about getting ears pierced. Each employee gives different information, I just wasted my time! I do not recommend!!!
Served by a really helpful young lady who was kind and caring whilst dealing with my daughter. I think her name was Sadah or Sarah? Either way brilliant customer service thanks.
Busy half term only one member of staff serving! Didn’t accept their 3 for 3 items or student discount yet clearly advertised. Didn’t acknowledge people waiting to pay too busy chatting

I rang up enquiring about having my daughters ear pierced tomorrow. But decided to get them done this evening. The lady was so very helpful. And sanitised everything, cleaned everything. Wore gloves, apron. She made my 11 year old daughter feel at ease and explained it all perfectly. She did one ear at a time, and again was so calming to my daughter . Great customer service. Many thanks.
