Paul and his colleague were both great. My mother had an oil boiler which hadn’t been serviced for a while. They not only serviced the boiler but replaced some broken parts to get the heating working efficiently heading into winter. From the start Paul was professional, welcoming and polite. He kept me updated on what needed completing and followed through on all appointments. Once the work was completed he followed up with a courtesy call to ensure all was working as it should. We couldn’t recommend Paul and his team anymore. From the initial enquiry right through the finished install everything has been a breeze. Every part of the install has been meticulously explained to us, giving us options at different price points rather than forcing items on us - which is massively refreshing. The actual work we had done was the removal of a hot water tank, isolation of a loft tank and a boiler replacement and it has honestly been done to an absolutely perfect standard. Heath completed the job for us and was so thorough and clean throughout the job, his pipe work is so neat and doesn’t look like an eyesore! Heath was so friendly and you could have a nice conversation with him too, and again he was as informative as Paul. Charlie came to complete the gas safety items and paperwork for the install and show me how the new boiler works. He was so friendly also and very informative checking I understood each bit and always checking I had no questions. The main thing about Paul and his team is not only is there work to a standard you don’t really see anymore, they are all so lovely and down to earth. Making a big daunting job being done on your home so much easier! Paul and his team are a pleasure to deal with and are worth their weight in gold!
Charlie arrived punctually to service my boiler. He is very knowledgeable and did a thorough job. My experience of booking the job through to receiving the invoice was efficient and easy! I also found them very friendly and helpful when they rang me about something else. Fabulous from start to finish and cant be bettered. Will certainly use them again. Thoroughly recommend.

We had a new heating system fitted, Paul was very professional with a personal touch always willing to help and give advice making sure that all of our requirements were met, Nothing was to much trouble keeping us up to date with delivery times and fitting dates. An excellent level of service carried out by Charlie. You couldn't wish for a more professional and friendly approach. A few minor problems were highlighted for future reference and one part did need replacing. This part was ordered and replaced with the same efficiency as the original service. We will definitely use them again and would have no hesitation in recommending their first class service to anyone in the future.
Boiler packed up leaving us with no hot water, Paul had one of his team to us very quickly and diagnosed the issue easily, gave me a great explanation as to what had caused the problem. I received a very competitive quote for the repair, and service so I booked them to complete the work. The repair was carried out quickly and professionally by a lad named Charlie, being 'one of those customers' I fired loads of questions at him, which he was only to happy to answer with easy to understand explanations. I also received a follow up call from Paul to make sure all was working perfectly. I can't recommend these guys more highly.
