    We had 2 broken flatscreen TVs which had broken (one days after the 2 year warranty ended, the other was newer but we couldn't find the receipt).     Lost the picture on my TV . After trying the usual resets, unplugging etc without success I managed to contact Gareth at Derby Ace Electronics. He said that if I dropped it off he would look at it and give me a free estimate. He diagnosed a "back-light " issue and within 2 hours it was fixed and ready for collection. Seven days later it's still working fine. Great service.
