   First Class Service, walked in with a prescription and the staff were able to put it together for me in a matter of minutes. I had a repeat prescription sent to Boots on 23rd September, when I went to collect it today 4th October and it was not done so asked for the prescription back and went to Ponda's.    Having moved recently to the area we needed a pharmacy for a regular prescription. Ponda’s have been excellent in help and service. They answered the phone quickly(!!) to respond to a request. They had the prescription prepared quickly and they can text when it’s ready. Really happy with this company.

   Ponda's is not local to us but we would not hesitate to use them again as all the staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in fulfilling a prescription we were unsuccessful in obtaining in our immediate area despite contacting multiple chemist's and online pharmacy's. Ponda's delivered a 5 star experience from our initial phone call to collection of the medication the following morning. Our total gratitude.

   I was in pondas on 2 occasions today, and heard the manager a young 25 year old man speaking too 3 members of staff like they where a piece of dirt, this is shocking and I will never go back too the chemist again, absolutely appalling behaviour by a manager.
