   Following a survey visit and a subsequent quotation from Jesse, I ordered two 3.5kW Mitsubishi systems, one for downstairs and one for upstairs. I have a solar and battery system and I thought that I would be able to power them efficiently. On the day of the installation three fitters arrived on time and installed them without delay and with minimum disruption. I have been using the system for 2 days now during a cold snap and am amazed to find how economical they are to run. The downstairs unit actually heats the whole house! Excellent company, excellent product and exceptional service. Highly recommended, Thank you JR Cooling, I'm really happy!

   Very happy with the price and service from JR Cooling. Communication was excellent throughout. Jesse(?) came out to to quote us and advised that our rooms were sufficient for the 2.5kw units and there was no pressure whatsoever to upgrade or any additional costs from what the original price was on their advert. In fact, it was us that asked about the price to upgrade to the 3.5kws instead. We also got a small discount as we bought 2 units. The engineers arrived on time and were very respectful in my home. There was no mess left behind and they even offered to help put the heavy furniture back in place once they'd finished which we kindly declined but appreciated the offer. All in all very happy with the company and will be recommending to friends and family.

   The price was extremely good, if not the cheapest around Derby. But there was no compromise on quality..they installed the Mitsubishi unit in a professional manner and even cleaned up properly afterwards, unlike many others. They agreed to place the external units exactly how I wanted them, and nothing was too much to ask. Highly recommended!

   Installation date took a bit of time due to the very hot summer we’ve had. But I have to say I’m very impressed with the job done. Had 2 air cons installed and the work is very neat and tidy. The engineers cleaned up after themselves and the price to do the job was very fair. Will definitely use again.

   From the very first enquiry I found them very professional. David the Director, visited the site and we could discuss in person what were my requirements for the AC unit. The quote was reasonable and within three weeks the engineers were in place. The two engineers were most efficient and friendly and within four hours the job was completed with no mess to the interior of our bedroom or outside. Very happy with the service and can recommend this company completely.

   Superb and very professional! Attend an emergency overnight when others failed to show up. JR Cooling team explained the reason for our on-going issues with the walk in fridge and managed to fix it. We have had multiple contractors attempt to fix it but it would fail after couple of days.    Our old aircon system at home packed up and I contacted a local company who charged us £125 to visit and told us we needed a new unit and quoted us £2360. A friend who has a service contract with JR Cooling for their shops asked them to visit us to see if they could help. They came the next day and fixed the unit in less than an hour and regassed it. They charged £80 plus VAT (and my friend paid the bill!) Works better and is colder than it ever was. Magic! Definitely recommended.
