He came out within 24 hours of my issue with the washing machine, diagnosed it and Delivered the new machine (I originally had a cheap make which did last six years)the very next morning with his lovely colleague. I do not hesitate to recommend this company and Wayne in particular. Five star service

   Wayne came round to fix washing machine on Monday and needed to order a part and by Wednesday it was fixed. Also went out of his way to successfully improve the door lock operation and made sure everything was working before he left. Would definitely recommend and will definitely use again when we need to replace washer, dishwasher or cooker.

   Had a new dishwasher and a new oven from Wayne in the last couple of months. Repairs not possible for dishwasher, repair was possible for the oven wmbut we decided ona new one instead. Wayne arrives when he says he will too and worked around my schedule. Really happy with everything and would definitely recommend!

   I would highly recommend Washercare. Wayne has always provided excellent service, his aim always being to fix if possible but replacing machines really efficiently if they are beyond repair. Our dishwasher finally gave up the ghost on Saturday and after a call to Wayne I had a new one installed by lunchtime on Monday..fantastic service. He is friendly, professional and very tidy, he even helps you register your guarantee! Thank you!

   Called on Tuesday, arrived 8am Wednesday morning, diagnosed the fault of the machine immediately. Supplied and fitted a new machine within 30 minutes, and removed the old one. Not only supplied and fitted, but cleaned and prepared the area prior to fitting, checked and tested before leaving. Very friendly, very fast, very efficient, first class! Can’t recommend highly enough.
