   Awesome bunch of young guys who know there tech and computers. Built a new build PC had a bad bent pin in my motherboard that i didnt notice. They took the board out for me and they replaced it with the new one i had bought. They sorted out the cable management also in a timely fashion. Good price also very surprised. 5 stars my end.

   I had an issue where my computer fans were not spinning, took it in, and within the same day they had fixed it. Turns out it was a very simple fix and didn’t get charged anything for the repair. Very happy with the service provided.

   Both grandchildren had physically damaged laptops which needed professional attention. I wanted somewhere that could do a face to face repairn and these came up as nearby on a google map search. They were great from the word go and sorted and costed the issues in a day. Both machines were returned 2 days later in fantastic condition. One had to be returned for a minor issue which I did not regard as being their error which took minutes to fix. The guys were great in explaining everything and I thought the cost was very reasonable given that spare parts were required to be fitted. They will be the first call in the event of future problems. I thoroughly recommend them id if are looking for help. Very satisfied.

   I needed to get a laptop for the opening of my business. I had found one but wasn't sure if it would be okay. I rang up and spoke to ben and asked his opinion. I then bought the laptop took it in the them to have Microsoft 365 and anti virus put on to it. The service I was given was amazing I will defiantly be using them for all computer related things from now on!! Thank you

It was great that CRD took the time to talk to me personally and understand my knowledge and past attempts at repairs. CRD had the laptop for a while and did exhaustive tests to replicate my issue, once they found and resolved it they charged me a very small fee considering the amount of time they potentially put in, which I was grateful for. They also talked me through their findings which gave me a chance to learn from them which again was much appreciated.
