Just had two watch batteries fitted and a new strap added. They have beautiful Italian leather watch straps. Previously I’ve had a gold ring altered and a citrine stone added to an earring. Excellent craftsmanship, trustworthy and reasonable prices. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
I bought an antique engagement ring at an excellent price from Gemsmiths. Sadly no fault of theirs it broke, they were phenomenal in getting it restored, with parts missing, and did the absolute best to make sure you couldn't tell it had ever broken. My partner was delighted by the work they did, and I'm immensely grateful for the skill, care, and generosity in the service they delivered.
My fiancé bought my engagement ring here. It's a vintage piece and, through no fault of anyone, it broke after only two months of having it. We took it back to Gem Smiths and they were brilliant, they sourced a new sapphire and diamonds and completely rebuilt it and it's even more beautiful than it was before. I can't recommend them enough, they really went above and beyond for us and I am so thankful!
