   I contacted Allsop Electrical after being recommended to them by my sister. My son had just bought a house and the fridge freezer wasn’t working properly so I called them for some advice. I spoke to Jane and she gave me some advice . Things were looking hopeful and it appeared to be working okay, however,, after a week after switching it back on it started to go down hill so I contacted them again and this time spoke to Mark who was also very helpful. I would highly recommend them as they were very honest with their advice, and it’s nice to know not everyone is out to make money out of you. Thank you!

   Brilliant service and very well-equipped and safety-concious person who repaired my washing machine! I had an Ebac washing machine that started leaking and Ian Allsop came and repaired my machine the next day. Turns out, it was a slight tear in one of the inner rubber tubes. This was a common problem and the manufacturer has since made a modification. However, I was very impressed when he did the safety-checking afterwards: earth testing, plus a simple earth test of my household wiring, that was to make sure that my household wiring was as safe as the washing machine, because you're only as safe as the Weakest Link - like Ann Robinson...

   We returned from holiday, started the washer and there was a problem! We called Allsops and amazingly Kevin was here early the next morning, various components with him and fixed it within an hour. It is now working perfectly again. The machine itself "Ebac", made in the UK and supplied by Allsops, has worked perfectly up to this point. We have had it for 3 years and it is under warranty until 2028....7 years! It has very useful programmes ...probably the best washer I have ever had. With up to date replacements it is like new again!. What a service from Allsops at no cost to us. A very trustworthy local company, I would highly recommend.

   Bought a ebac washing machine in 2019 from Allsops. Had the occasional problems, it's used daily so fairly heavy usage. But any issues, and the after sales service is brilliant. I rang Friday and the problem sorted this morning. The cost of these hot water fills are abit more expensive but the seven year cover more than makes up for it.Would definitely buy again and could recommend this company to anyone. Thanks again for a quick efficient service.

   Having seen the Ebac washing machine that we wanted, we liaised with Jayne and Mark who was great, helpful and friendly. Kevin came and did the installation, he was knowledgeable about the product gave us a run through on how it worked and left our utility clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this family run company to anyone.

   Great service, our Ebac washing machine had broken down and Allsop Electrical came and repaired it for us as promised. All finished in one day, so much better than our previous experience of waiting for the Hoover Candy Engineer to look at it and turn up a week or two later with the parts.

   I have had a few items from Allsops and always find them extremely helpful. They don't push items on you they give you the options with no pressure. Also their after care is excellent. Even when We had a continual fault with the dishwasher they replaced it, no fuss no bother. I would highly recommend them.
