Called on a sunday, last minute needed to get my Fioncees Engagement ring repaired for her hen party on the Monday. I was panicking this could not be done. Spoken to Karim and this was completed and fixed within a 1.5 window. Absolutely amaxing service. Want to again Thank the team. Will be using in the future.

What a gem (pardon the pun) of a jewellery shop. Even though my purchase wasn't of that high a value, I was treated with extreme courtesy and professionalism. Extremely delighted with my Bering ring, and I'm sure I'll be back for some additional inner rings as there's so much choice.

A unique experience from walking into the shop to purchase. There is something for everyone here from very unusual stones to one off pieces and you can design your own ring combinations. Karim has time for you, you are not rushed and can talk latest fashion items and what is in trend to nostalgic antique pieces. His knowlege of jewelry is outstanding. Set in the beautiful Mercia Marina as a backdrop, it is a must to visit for that "special" watch through to jewelry.
Karim and Tanita have endless patience, and are always willing to help.Tanita held a watch for me until I made a decision as to which one I wished to purchase definitely a 5 star service.I have also used their jewellery repair service which is fast and efficient at very reasonable cost.
I can't recommend this place enough. Karim and Tanita are great and their service is at the highest level. I sent a Fossil watch directly to Fossil and they said it couldn't be repaired but Merchants sorted it. We have just had Yvonne's white gold rings re-rhodiumed and a cracking job done and a lot less than the High Street charge. They stock a wide range of jewellery and watches to suit everyone's choice and pocket. 5* Plus!
