Avanti is a fantastic local jewellers even after moving to live on the south coast we still use them for anything we need when visiting family. Went in today to take a ring for repair, Dawn was lovely and very helpful. Explained the process and time frame very clearly to us.

An outstanding Jewellers! An independent family-owned business which takes great pride in what they do. The whole team is so friendly, yet professional. They care about their customers’ experience. More recently I took in a mixed gold necklace I was given many years ago and have never worn. Their workshop have created two bracelets from this - I’m giving one to my daughter - and a beautiful, bespoke, ring I shall never take off! I couldn’t be happier!!!! The skill in that workshop is phenomenal! They took the spare links (gold) from the remainder of my necklace and created a chain link ring adding 3 x platinum graduated links at the top with some tiny diamonds for a touch of sparkle. Very beautiful but also practical for everyday wear. If you have an item in your jewelry box you don’t wear then let Avanti work their magic and enjoy your piece! We previously purchased our wedding bands from Avanti and were extremely happy with their service, while we were there, I asked if they were able to make bespoke pieces. I had my late fathers gold wedding ring and a rather beat up St Christopher pendant, both of which I desperately wanted to keep. Avanti were able to combine both pieces together to make a new St Christopher which looks absolutely perfect. Many Many thanks to Jam and the rest of the team at Avanti who were all very excited to show us what they had done. I ordered a lovely pair of earrings from Avanti Jewellers as a present for my sister. I was that impressed with the quality and service that I decided I wanted to order the same pair for myself. When I attempted to reorder the earrings were out of stock so I emailed Avanti Jewellers and they responded immediately and informed that more stock was due to arrive, they updated their website so that I could request to receive an email from them when the earrings were back in stock. As soon as the earrings were in stock I received an email, ordered them and received them within a couple of days. Absolute fantastic place, excellent staff, all friendly and very helpful. Picked a beautiful engagement ring and two wedding rings! Liz helped all the way and she is a huge credit to Avanti. Gave us loads of advice and spent time with us without any rushing. Got to know us and understand what we like in aspects of jewellery.
