   I am 37 years old, the elder of our group was 59 We were all denied entry because we didn't have ID. Absolutely abysmal, another venue got our money instead

   Submitted a review here on my other account but didn’t see it get published so I’m rewriting it. On 03/05/2025 (a Saturday) I got to the queue 45 minutes before the entrance had to be paid for. The queue was about 10 people long at this time so I didn’t believe that it would take that long to get in. I ended up having to pay £7 for my entrance and as I complained the staff told me I should’ve been earlier which seemed quite rude. Later on in the night there were a few other issues with the toilets being some of the messiest I’ve ever seen and felt like a swimming pool. The prices have also been raised unfairly making this probably one of the most expensive venues in Stoke and as a member of staff kicked somebody out, the staff member cut me on the finger whilst aggressively making his way through a few people. It’s such a shame seeing other nightclubs that have bigger building in the area sink downwards and places like this being the only options left.

   I was assaulted here over a year ago, I reported this to the staff who assured me the individual had been dealt with, I came back for my birthday this year and the same individual was there harassing my friends and causing issues, we had to leave because we weren't safe. Since then gossip has messaged me to tell me I gave consent to this person because they saw me on CCTV when this is not the case. People are always sniffing lines in the toilets and the cloakroom sells poppers despite their danger - this isn't a safe club for the community anymore.

   Removed fir being deaf alonng with support.... Claimed that I was too *drunk, as I was using sides and feeling vibration to dance too. I was so drunk that I drove home after passing police check... Yes I'm older, and yes I am part deaf, but to be removed from the club over this disgusting, more so as your ", security" wouldn't allow me to take details. Despite then bring younger, not understanding Me, and making fun. I am requesting that as club to show this CCTV of me and your staff response to me... I'm sure it will be ok, if we don't accept do usability

   two of my friends on different occasions got spiked and both times the staff did nothing - all that one of the bouncers said was "move out of the way of the door" while one of them was quite literally in the recovery position before getting CPR. bar staff are nice, as is the drink variety and music, but i really can't find any more positives about the place. if you don't want to be spiked, i really don't recommend coming here (edit: spelling error)

   They won't let you in without ID, no matter the circumstances which is utterly ridiculous. My friend (who is 35, and looks 35) was visiting from Canada for a week, and didn't want to bring his passport out incase he lost it. He got turned away for not having his ID on him, on his birthday. What an utterly ridiculous policy. I will literally never come back or forgive the staff here because of this.

   I’m new to the area. Sign outside ‘ID required if under 25’. I’m 59. Refused entry. As were others clearly over 25 who had no ID. Lived in Manchester 35 years. Never ever happened to me before. Btw - I was completely presentable, sober and non aggressive. What is so very special about this place to have this attitude to customers?

   First night club in the UK were I was requested my original ID (they copy your ID) to be alowed in. I was with a group of friends who did not advise me about the policy. I have offered to show my digital identification (Pre settlement document) and it was not an option. Completely unreasonable considering that I am 37 years old, was accompanied by 10 friends and do not look under 25 years old AT ALL. The positive side it is that I will never come back. The staff arrogance and ignorance (since my pre settled status document is only available oline and it is an acceptable ID) was very annoying. As an immigrant I now how to identify myself. I should not be required an ID in a country that only provides Digital ID for its immigrants. Passaports should not be required in places where you could loose them. You should make the night. You have ruined instead.
