   Absolutely brilliant venue. P&J Live (TECA) in Aberdeen is genuinely one of the best event spaces I’ve been to. From the moment you arrive, everything feels well thought out and professionally run. The venue itself is modern, spacious, and incredibly well laid out. There are loads of food and drink options, so you’re not stuck with one or two queues, and everything moves quickly even when it’s busy. The toilets are large, clean, and plentiful, which honestly makes a huge difference at big events and is something a lot of venues get wrong — TECA definitely doesn’t. Security was visible but friendly and efficient, making the whole experience feel safe without being overbearing. Entry and exit were smooth, well managed, and clearly signposted. Inside the arena, the sound quality was excellent, with clear audio throughout, and the visuals and screens were sharp and impressive, making it easy to enjoy the event no matter where you’re seated or standing. It really enhances the overall experience and shows the investment that’s gone into the venue. What stood out most was the staffing. Every member of the team was helpful, well-informed, and proactive. Whether it was directing crowds, answering questions, or managing flow between areas, everything felt calm, organised, and professional. You can tell the staff are well trained and take pride in what they do. Overall, TECA sets a really high standard for event venues. It’s comfortable, well run, and clearly designed with the audience experience in mind. I wouldn’t hesitate to return and would highly recommend it to anyone attending an event in Aberdeen.

   Too big no personal feel but great atmosphere with the large crowd Could not see the artist directly as view partly blocked by people in front/ to the side of us but John Bishop was amazing 5 star

   Great venue, very helpful staff and plenty space to move aound in. Shuttle busses available between Aberdeen bus station and venue, which were organised really well. Food and drink expensive, but comparable with all big venues. There seems to be a greater selection here though.

   Had a fantastic time seeing the Pixies here and a great meal beforehand. Parking was easy, below the venue and was 14.50 - pricey but not outrageous. I read a lot of really bad reviews about the venue before we went and was worried because I’d never been before, but it was great.

   Visited for the world Clydesdale show arena was perfect for it. Seating is well tiered so you have a clear view over the rows in front of you. Ample clean toilets. Food counter was very limited either burger hot dog or veggie burger and pricey (£8.50 each). Parking also dear for a day show and only 2 working meters, the 3rd only took coins. There is a QR code to use an app and pay up to 24 hrs later. but when I went to pay using that it was going to charge £19.99 the tariff board indicated it should have been £14.50 which is what it did charge me on the meter so please watch for this Parking is quite far from the door there is a closer underground but was being used for show so not available.

   Went to see Simple Minds and Bryan Adams here. Staff are great, always plenty of them to help. The crowds are controlled well, and parking is hassle free and you are out fairly quickly. Sound quality is reasonable for an empty space venue, and as long as the band have video screens the views are really good.
