   Not the best experience I’ve had in rented accommodation. When I first moved into the house it was very dirty. Lots of food and belongings left from the previous tenants, to which me and another new tenant was left to sort out! My room was also not clean. The flooring on the ground floor is very worn and I was told a year ago that this was being looked into but nothing has been done. There is a lack of communication for example when people come to view the rooms or clean the house we have no notice. I also had a bag of clothes go missing - I reported this on many occasions and nothing was done about it. The area in which the property is located however is very pleasant and we don’t have any problems.

   I needed a room at short notice and these guys got me straight in! Lovely house with lovely housemates. I feel very at peace in my new home. A few things needed attending to but the property managers were quick to fix everything within a week of notifying them. Sharon has been great to communicate with and has understood my changing travel plans and lease length. The best property management I’ve had so far! Thank you - I really appreciate it

   We have been working with hands off properties for a few years now. We do alot of work for property maintenance company's. This is far the best we have worked with. Great communication and property's are kept to fantastic standards unlike some other Hmo's we enter. If I have any issues when I get to site they are swiftly dealt with so works can commence.    Simon and the team have been fantastic, the house is beautiful and they have made us feel really welcome within the Derby area. Been staying with them for a year now whilst at university, and plan to stay with Hands Off Properties for the continuation of my course. Cheers guys!

   I rented with Hands Off for a year as a young professional new to the Derby area and had excellent service - the property was beautiful and well serviced and any maintenance was quickly sorted by the team. Simon in particular was fantastic in making sure that my housing situation remained stable throughout the early covid period. Would definitely recommend.

   We usually rent our properties to students, but as one of our HMO's did not become available until the middle of the year, whereby students had already reserved their accommodation, Simon stepped in and put Bombardier staff into the property really quickly. Simon manages all aspects of our HMO property. He is a very personable and professional gentleman who is experienced in his role; with a passion for properties and delivers a first-class service.
